Please have a little bit patience to save & develop our state and country.
Here I am not giving any lecture to you.
I don’t have that much of grip in English language, so please try to understand the matter
No need to tell about our states or our country position, every one knows that.

I will send the complete plan and process.I will explain more and more benefits from this process.

To implement this process, it will cost approximately R.S 40,000 Crore for 10 Crore population of any state in India. If the population is less it will cost less than R.S 40,000 Crore. It is for one time only, no need of every year. State Government can arrange this R.S 40,000 Crore in 2 years budget. ( R.S 20,000 in first year and remaining 20,000 Crore in second year starting )

I saw all political parties manifesto, they are good but they are reaching up to 50% only or maximum 60% of development plans. At present situation we should need 99% or 100% good plans.

According my knowledge I prepared one administration plan. We should apply this plan or more than this strong plan.

What I am expecting from this mail is it should reach maximum people and we need to request the Political Leaders to implement this process and they must know what is public requirement.

There is no doubt this process oppose by more than 1000 people from each state.

So we should reach remaining people except 1000 people

As a normal person we can’t right? We should approach any political party and we have to request the political party Main leader.
Ok now I should tell what the problems we are facing…are.
Our leaders said that if we released R.S 100/- , only less than R.S 20 /- are receiving by end person.
May be reaching R.S 30/- is also not a good amount.
We should arrange the process for end person to receive R.S 100/-
99 % of people facing critical stage from their present life WHY?????
Is our Administration process wrong?
Is our constitution wrong?
Is our laws are useless?
Answer is NO
Then what are the reasons?
Corruption
Irresponsibility
Delay in Process
Lack of co-ordination between Government departments
No transparency @ all Government activities and funds transfer
low Quality services due to in sufficient number of employees and Infrastructure
No dedication & selfishness decisions from political leaders
All the above elements are throwing our States and country into critical stage.
What we should do now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What should we do now?
We should stop all those activities

We should change our present process completely
(Or)

We should modify our present process
From above, modifying our present process is best solution.
Who can modify the process?
There is only one option,
Government can change the process, which is one political party elected by people from state elections.
How political party can form the Government with strong competition from other political parties?
How one party can get success in elections?
a) The party should announce their way of approach to solve people problems and what are the development activities and benefits if the party will form the Government.
b) Second thing, money is also one very important factor in now a day’s election.
Here I am not talking about money @ present. If you want I will discuss individually. Coz number of different opinions will come J
Here I am discussing about modification of process and what are the benefits we can show from this process. Let me explain the process……….

Effecting departments under this modification process are…….

Health , Agriculture, Education, Employment, Small scale Industries, Police, Judicial, Various Government departments and other facilities.

Benefits from this process (for one state)

1. Health is main important factor for human or animal. Without good health our life is waste even if you have crores of rupees.
2. Quality Health Service to each and every village, town and city people.
3. 100% HIV control and improvement in curing (Out of 5.1 million estimated cases of HIV/AIDS in India about 10 percent are in Andhra Pradesh)
4. Can do the blood tests and other tests for each and every person to identify all health problems.
5. Agriculture related knowledge transfer to each and every farmer
6. Exact estimation of state wide crop and planning on various crops with in Hours time (state wide)
7. Soil testing and water testing facility within 1 to 5 kms for all farmers
8. International standard Education in all areas (1st class to 12th class) for all.
9. Government sector new Employment for more than 5 lakhs people for each state
10. Private & Govt sector combination employment more than 40,000 people /year
11. Engineer’s employment minimum 4000 to 5000 people /year if need
12. Daily workers employment more than 15 to 20 lakhs people with monthly salary facility

15. Reduce 75 to 80 % corruption
16. Quality and quick services from Government departments
17. Excellent Co-ordination is possible between all Government departments
18. Transparency in all services and funds transfers
19. One B.Com final year student can prepare exact and required state budget /year.
20. If our C M want to give R.S 1 Crore to 200 persons state wide ,they can receive R.S 50,000/- equally without corruption and with in Mins directly
21. Can arrange conferences with higher authorities of any unions to solve or discuss their problems state wide or district wide with in Hours and we can reduce strikes or raastha rokos
22. High level security for Government properties
23. Supplying of pure water to all areas including small villages
24. Can control the prices of food items ( Rice, Dal ,Oil , pure milk…..etc)
25. Can provide proper plan to arrange the shelter with low cost for all people who are poor and middle class people.
26. Shelter, food and health facility for old people and orphans -More than 10 lakhs people state wide
27. Can reduce the elections expenditure up to 50%

I accept BJP is Not A Major Player in AP. But, An Anti Congress Non TDP Voter Urban Voter can Easily Distinguisn between Assembly and Lok Sabha Candidates and He/She Would Vote for BJP At National Level as Voting for any other party at National Level is bringing back Anti-National, Anti-Hindu, Pro-Jedahi,Evangelical congress back at centre as part of unethical perverted alliance.

All I hope is more competetive politics with a 3rd option and for that reason I would not hesitaite to reccomend PR, LK is a long shot for this time….I think the PROCESS of CHANGE will distribute power/wealth and make POLITICS competeive[ service or self service]…I do not want to waste my wait votign for LK or BJP this time.

No one can replace Pawan kalyan at this time…let me know others who can qualify for this..What should be the process to select a party leader…? Internal partyd democracy..

In my view/concern - BJP failed as a National Party when it failed to show leadership during river water sharing issues between TN,AP, KARNATAKA and MH.

Mr RAJ, I agree with you to certain extent not completely. can you tell me whats the name of telugu desam youth wing? or BJP youth wing? or any other party. If prajaraajyam would have given youth wing president to people like you or me or any one else, then even yuvaraaajyam also would be in the same position. its because of pawan people are talking about it.
One more thing is Pawan has already told that PRP has given that post to make a remarkable organization among youth and just to kick start its activities and their target is to make youth between 25-34 age as youth wing president. since pawan is more than 34, he him self told he is not the right person for that age group and it will be transferred to a young and dynamic leader at a later point of time. He also said I have accepted this position to bring as much as popularity for this wing in youth.
Even I am a good fan of LokSatta. Even then I see lots of problems with that as well. Things like… A one man army party, unable to find some more good leaders to lead from past one decade… etc etc. And the change that lok satta is saying crores of miles away from the facts and current political senario. What i mean to say here is problems will be every where. it depends on how you see it.
To bring change first thing needed in current political senario is a person who can attract Mass (as they are the major percentage of voters) and who has social consciousness. JP has social consciousness but no ability to attract masses. Chiranjeevi is having both.
So Here is what i think, Change can be a 2 step process. first is invite chiru to form govt. with his ideologies and bring at least some change in masses or voter mindset, so that at least they can start thinking what is right and what is wrong for them. once that change is brought in minds of masses then bring the remaining set of ideologies that JP is talking about. you can say… how do you know chiru will bring change in masses mindset. I will say.. No body knows unless we give a chance to know what he can do. There is nothing wrong in giving a fair person a chance rather than giving a person who has already done some damage to the peoples social life.
If you think negatively you can always say there are lots of nonsense things happening in PRP which we are seeing daily in media. Keep one thing in mind… The words “Change” and “Social Justice” are not just words nor simply a mathematical calculation of “number of seats” int “”percentage of each caste” divided by 100. Its is very very difficult to bring change in a society or politics which has already in certain bad shape from decades.
I would want to give support for Loksatta for the same reasons but only reason i am stepping back is the inability to attract masses who are 90% of todays voters.

I agree with Raj’s views on Lok Satta.
I felt sad to see the news item about graduates in AP topping in the country in taking money in return for their votes.
It is time that all the youth in AP should come under the influence of JP and strive for a rule with high standards and ethics in public life.
